Team members and permissions

Notify lets you set different permissions for each member of your team.

Go to the Team members page to:

  • invite people to your service
  • control who can see, add, edit and send messages
  • let other team members change your service settings
  • update a team member’s email address and phone number
  • change each team member’s sign-in method
  • remove team members who have left

You must have at least two team members with the ‘manage settings, team and usage’ permission at all times. These people are responsible for your service if you or your colleagues are unable to sign in to Notify.

You can invite team members who do not have a government email address.
