Receive text messages

You can let people send messages to your service or reply to your texts.

The messages you send will come from a unique 11-digit phone number.

When someone replies to the number, you’ll see it on your dashboard. If you’re using our API, you can set up your own automated processes to manage replies.

It does not cost you anything to receive text messages. Your users will pay their standard text message rate.

To receive text messages:

  1. Go to the Text message settings section of the Settings page.
  2. Select Change on the Receive text messages row.
